Every Wednesday between 4pm and 5pm, Finsbury Park Police Officers are at our shop and will security mark your bicycle for free.Many insurance companies will ask you to security tag your cycle. Even if you don’t insure your cycle this is a good idea, as it means you have full record of your cycle on file somewhere, which could help you to prove it is yours if it is stolen and then found by the police. The most important thing to keep a note of is your frame number as this is unique to your bicycle. Your frame number will usually be stamped on the underneath of your bottom bracket, which is where the pedals are attached, or on the rear fork ends where the back wheel slots in.Cycle Insurance
Even if you only use your cycle at the weekends, it’s worth getting cycle insurance from a specialist. Many home contents policies will not cover items like cycles if they are over a certain value or they are taken away from the home. Finsbury Park Cycle Park
Finsbury Park Cycle Park provides 24 hour secure parking for 125 cycles, using a smart card operated lock system.A member of staff from Finsbury Cycles is present at the Cycle Park every Monday, Tuesday and Friday morning between 7am to 8am to inspect your bicycle for free.Press here to link to the Finsbury Cycle Park
